I am physically located in San Diego, CA, and do both in-person therapy and online therapy (therapy through video). You can be in online therapy as long as you are physically located anywhere in California at the time of your appointment.

I know it can feel like a big step to contact a therapist, and I’ll do my best to make it easy for you. We’ll connect over the phone for a FREE 15-min conversation. A few details about therapy in San Diego, CA

• My focus is on providing you quality care with good outcomes.

• I am an out-of-network provider for most PPO plans. I can provide you a special receipt (“Superbill”) to submit to your PPO insurance for reimbursement. I am also contracted with Lyra Health (an EAP). You can pay me directly without involving your insurance if this is what you prefer.

• My fee for a 50-minute session of individual counseling is $210.

  In couples counseling, depending on the needs of the couple, we will use either 75-min sessions for $260 each, or 60-min sessions for $240 each (or some combination of the two).

  I see clients weekly, and the average person takes about 6 months to reach and maintain their optimal level of wellness.
